Front recovery hooks

Does anyone have the part number for the new plastic shroud I would have to buy for the Yukon? The Yukon unlike the Tahoe does not have pop-off covers that expose the tow hook connection. I've seen the black tow hooks that go for like 60 bucks from a dealer, but none of them mention the bumper piece I have to swap out. You can see the difference in the picture below which is a Yukon with the holes cut out. I'm not actually interested in the tow hooks, I'm trying to add the Setina PB-450 to the front of the truck, but want the part so I don't have to make a gaping hole on a leased vehicle.

Yes I did, the part is like 50 bucks from the dealer

What is the part no.? Does it have cut outs for both driver and passenger side hooks?

So I talked to the dealer. Bad news. There isn't a part number for the panel with the holes, you need a full bumper swap for the time being. However there is a part number for the stock one, the one that doesn't have the holes. The solution to this is to just cut the holes yourself, if you look in the back on the passenger side there is an outline of where the hole is suppose to be. From there just match the dimensions on the drivers side. From there go buy some gas line and cut in half, put some black silicone inside the line and put it around the cut lines and you're good to go. It will look pretty stock too.
