Front screen operational in raised position

What do you mean raised position? The 2 screens i have in my tahoe are both in the d fixed position. Vehicles with the RSE they are also in a basically fixed position. Not sure which screen you are referring to.

The ‘15 thru ‘20 models had a motorized infotainment screen that raised up and revealed hidden storage. That is not on the ‘21+ models.

I don’t know the answer to the OPs question - might want to ask a mod to move this to the correct model year forum and then you’re more likely to get an answer.

Sounds like a ribbon cable. You could buy a used one for parts and repair yours.
