Front seat wiggle

I have a 2000 Tahoe with a 5.3 liter V8. The front seats are electric and whenever the car starts moving forward the whole seat jerks back a little bit, and the opposite when you brake hard. I've tried to manipulate it when not moving and it's a very easy to replicate problem. I feel like theres a broken gear or something in the electric seat adjustments. Has anybody ever had this problem or taken them apart for any reason, I have no idea what it entails to fix them. Is it worth it or not?
