This kit is about 2 years old and has never given me 1 single problem. It was installed on my 2013 Avalanche but I removed it a while back and decided to just go back to regular halogens. It uses an H11 style bulb and should fit any vehice which uses that bulb but I know it fits 07-13 GMT900 Trucks. It includes everything you need plus 2 BRAND NEW H11 4300k bulbs.
