Fuel Gauge

Is it possible to by just the fuel guage for a OBS 99 Yukon.

im pretty sure you can from the dealer, gonna be pricey though. maybe try a junk yard and pull a cluster out of another GM..atomichoe did did a write up on when he did it..i think

I would suggest either the junkyard as fyremanpat suggested or check ebay for a whole new cluster. Might also consider just replacing the stepper motor if it's "vibrating" on you.

Where can I by a new stepper motor?

You could scavenge one from another cluster. You could probably order one from a dealer or try finding one in an electronics parts house. I've never had to replace one personally, just read about others doing so.
