Yesterday I was crossing a railroad track and as I crossed it hit the bump. The Yukon died no power steering and nothing but then it wouldn't start again I'm pretty sure the fuel pump was knocked out as anyone had this trouble and what did you do to correct it

Was your pump running loudly before this happened? Sometimes when the pumps start going bad, you can knock them around causing them to kick on or off

I have had the electrical connector on top of the tank going to the pump go bad (intermittently) before. Although, the intermittent failure was never related to hitting big bumps or other jarring motions.
