Fuel Shuts Off, Power Still On

At any random time, the engine will shut off, but the power is still on. Headlights are not dim,all gauges working, but the engine shuts off. I can start it right back up. Sometimes, it also doesnt want to start immediately. I would say vacuum issue, but that wouldn't be intermittent, would it? I've never had it happen more than once from start up, to shut down.
