I am glad I found this site. I bought my Tahoe new in 2002 and two transmissions and about 10K in repairs later I still have it. I just can't seem to let it go. Replaced the front seat leather last week and rear tie rods this week. I am not sure at what point I say enough is enough but so far I just do not want to let it go. 209k mile's

Welcome, but damn two trannys in 200k miles? Most wont replace a single tranny till @200k, and in 9years only spending $10k aint bad (unless its still bone stock and that wasnt spent on aftermarket accessories)

You have to look at the fact you have owned for so long, and know whats been done, and what may need to be done in the future.

I bought an Acadia, and they were going to give me 4 gs for the tahoe. I passed its worth way more to me then that I have owned it since 19000 miles so I know her pretty well. They are good runners. Things I have done were heater core front. Blower motor front and rear. New inner tie rods. Front passengers wheel hub. Rear wiper motor.

Other than that belts, fluids, brakes, tires etc. 125000 mi
