Any suggestions on which of these to get for a P0178 code? This is for my daughter, so I'm not going to cheap out, but if there is a cheaper means for the same reliability, I am way interested.

Thanks!

If I was buying one I wouldn't do the cheap one. And since the ACDelco GM OE one isn't that much more $ than the 3rd and 4th choices I'd be getting that one. The OE one went this far, you can expect some longevity out of the same replacement.

Does yours have an electrical issue, or what's going on?

EDIT: Amazon has them for $259. https://www.amazon.com/ACDelco-12570260-Original-Equipment-Sensor/dp/B005OVDIN6

And while you're right there, think about changing the fuel filter if it has one.

Thanks! And I had planned to go OE unless a member recommended something else. I was just looking for the best deal I could find. I don't suck at finding good pricing, but you guys often find parts at cheaper prices, so I figured it was worth the ask.

It's a P0178 for weak electrical current to the sensor. In this case, I don't mind breaking out the parts cannon. These are known to go bad, it's a 2005 and has 165k on it. If it turns out to be something stupid easy after that, I can smile at the holder of our finances and say, "Oops!".
