I have a spare new set of 4 chrome GM locking lugs, the part number on the bag is 80230 - 14X1.5 Thread Size, including the key and lock ID card..
These are the ones that go on the GM oem 22s and probably other GM oem rims.
Here's a pic I 'borrowed' from someone else but it's exactly the same parts:
$30 + shipping
