I have a 2001 Yukon XL SLT, and the heater & ac control has a problem. the doors in the system don't switch from floor ,dash,defrost, there is heat to rear seat system, is this a big problem. HELP

You need to replace your blend door actuator. I's possible you might be able to clean it...
