GMC Sierra at NY Auto Show ... SUV Foreshadowing?

So I just saw this on the NY International Auto Show website:

I know these concept cars often mean little, but then again one can always glean stylistic indications of where GM is heading with future designs, so I thought I'd share.

That needs to polish the cosmetic lines before that hits production. Not sure I like the looks. But yes a diesel half ton would be awesome!!

For that gmc what kills it for me is the big GMC on the tailgate and the front end looks terrible....
