GMC Yukon Front End Swap?

I'm new to the forum and have seen a couple of threads on the swapping of the front clip of a nnbs yukon to a nnbs sierra 2500. I was wondering if someone could better explain how I might go about doing this/ a part list. I would basically just like a better thread for this front clip swap. Also would the 1500 Sierra be a direct bolt on? (I know the 2500 is not)

Would a nnbs tahoe front end be directly bolt on?

Do you know a thread where a user swapped for a 1500 front end instead of the HD?

I would imagine they are basically the same. the HD is more beefy looking,so i would think the 1500 is the way to go.
