GMC Yukon Wireless charging and Iphone 6s Plus?

I just bought a 16 Yukon XL Denali about a week ago. I have the iphone 6S PLUS. I know my phone doesn't fit the armrest to wirelessly charge. Has anyone done any mods to make it work? It's a shame an almost 80K car has this type of over sight as the newer phones don't fit.

I have been looking to see if anyone makes a phone case that has a hump for the Qi charger that would possibly allow this thing to work.

Don't know on making the size fit but you do have to have a wireless charging case for iPhone. It does not have wireless support built it.

yep, I know about needing either a case or the qi adapter which I have.

I've seen the mods people on the board have done. Simply amazing.... So I was wondering if anyone had done anything to make it work.

We bought these cases for my wife's 6+ and my 6S+

With the top of the phone pointed towards the front of the car, place the phone on the mat so that the lower horizontal line that goes across the phone is lined up on the bump on the mat. This has worked for us pretty consistently.

Yeah, I bought one and it didn't work. Don't waste your time or money. The 6S plus is too big for the area on armrest of the console.

The regular 6S or 6 will fit and does work but charges really slow.
