GMT800 door badges

Hey all,
Anyone know which years/trims of GMT800 Tahoes had the “Tahoe” badge on the front door? Also which years had the LS badge behind the back doors? My 05 LS has neither of these and I wanted to know if that’s a model year thing or if they were removed at some point.

I thought they all came with them. Previous owner probably removed them.
