Thanks to all on this forum for the help so far. on my 04 5.3 awd tahoe,
Tonight I got the new Front Diff installed and the vette servo installed. Took it for a little ride, No noise out of front end, and a little bit of a firmer shift. Tranny did not slip on the same long uphill pull it did a week ago. So I'm guessing the servo worked.
Know for the Knock sensors, I have the new Knocks, wireing harness and 2 upper intake gaskets.
The only special tool I think i may need for the next repair is the little gas line clamps. Anybody know if there is anything else I should pickup.
How long do think this little project might take, I didn the injection spider on my 98 5.7, is it about the same processsssssss.
Thanks for any input. anybody got a cheat for those gas lines???? Autozone doesn't open till 8 and I'd love to get going earlyer.

Ok so I got the intake off and back on.cleaned ever y thing, including the, mas, throttle body, intake,.it seems to run better.im not sure if I have a leak or the coputer is just working things out. If u rev it up it will idle down to400 or so, then kick back up to 625 or so.
I don't remember it doing this before. Any thoughts
Hans

And for any one else out there wondering I think this was easier then the older 5.7
