gringing noise in Auto4wd

Hi i have a 2004 Tahoe 5.3 FlexFuel with 157k miles on it i have a gringing noise when Auto4wd selected between 10Mph and 20Mph i changed both front Wheels hub's with no help if anyone knows what the problem might be i appreciate it. thanks

I get that also not a bad grinding more like rubbing like when your wet sanding sound. But don't get it in 4wd just in Auto 4wd. Hopefully someone will chime in and have answers. Thinking it has to do with the clutches in there for the auto but I could be wrong

i check transfercase fluid level it was fine, exactly same noise like gringing and rubbing between 10mph 20mph and 30mph In Auto4wd only we just hope someone in here have idea what that noise is. thanks
