Had anyone purchased these Ebay Halo Projector Led Headlights

Has anyone purchased these Smoked Projector headlights from eBay? I'm kind of hesitant about buying them. Let me know what you guys think.

Yes, and more than 1 person has literally thrown them in the trash they are so bad. They have worse output than your factory headlights. Only get them if you plan on doing a retrofit with the projectors. There's plenty of threads on here about them
