My wife called me today and said that she was driving and that the engine temp on our brand new 2015 denali was higher than normal it was reading around 240. So I had her pull over let it cool down and take it to the closest dealer. There thinking the temp prob is bad fingers crossed.

....and the worst part of a warranty is having a greasy mechanic all over the inside of your brand new interior as he tests things out!!! :sad72:

Probably just a defective thermostat. I doubt it's a lemon.

Sounds like one of those cocooned low mileage cars you see at Barrett-Jackson or Mecum auctions. A 2015 with only 2300 miles is a real find. You realize even with the low miles, all the normal wear "soft" parts: brake hoses, rubber fuel lines, disc brake caliper seals, rubber door seals etc are 7 "model" years old. None of these parts like long time storage without being exercised.

Sixpointoh03 bought his Denali brand new in 2014-2015.

Was watching Mecum auction yesterday. They do have awesome vehicles.
