I have an issue with my Tahoe that I cannot figure out. When I'm parked or at a stop sign/light it is really hard to turn the steering wheel more than a 1/4 turn. Almost like its hitting the end of the turning radius. When I'm moving it steers just fine, no matter the speed. I have checked for clearance and front end parts, all are good, nothing seems to bind. I have good flow from the power steering pump and revving the engine while parked doesn't make it better. I currently have a 3" lift (torsion keys/pucks) and I don't remember when this started but its been going on for a long time. Any help or suggestions would be great, thanks!
