I'm sure SuperchargedSS will chime in. From what I gather the modification itself is pretty straight forward. There are a host of parts necessary for the modification, though. I'll try and see if I can't track down that part listing for you. I think it's around here somewhere.

One of the vendors on the site sells them... I think its GMPartsguy? It was the same guy that was selling the center console upgrade part. He gave me a quote ~$1,400.

Pretty straight forward -- replaces rear bumper, and exhaust is re-routed. There may be more involved with the exhaust than I'm aware of.

The modification is fairly simple. Take out the spare tire, then unscrew the current bumper cover, and replace, simple as that. The exhaust work is simple as well. You may or may not be able to put the spare back though, hopefully Robbie will chime in.

Talk to SuperChargedSS (the other Robbie, lol), his company (OEMPartsDirectInc) sells the complete kit for $1,250 shipped.

You will have't to do exhaust modifications to get both sides flowing as well. If I were you I would get a dual out catback and route it into the bumper inserts that's what I'm doing because the 2012+ premium exhaust is not true duals I believe.
