Has anyone on this webpage seen any positive value from the Bully dog or the Edge Evolution CTS (the one I'm currently looking at) Do you find much better MPG using these $599 electronics. I find the small stuff cool like enter in your tire size but I need someone to have hard evidence on well they work for economy and power programs. I would really like to use it more for economy than climbing hills. Plus the diagnostic reasons also because it has to be better than my Innovis 3130. Can some one help me find my way through these high dollar programmers. Some days I want my 6.0 to roar then other days I want her to get 20MPG. Please help.

You can buy those. Hard evidence is hard to come by because after getting tuning done it becomes much more fun to drive. I would say a custom in person blackbear tune would be more beneficial than a hand held programmer. I will say after my blackbear tune, electric fans, CAI, and muffler I get pretty much the same gas mileage. However that's because I find myself stepping on the throttle harder just for fun. It is so much more responsive, definitely more powerful and just all around runs better. If I babied it like I used to I have no doubt I would get better fuel economy
