Hd conversion on my tahoe is complete

Ok thanks ill cut the radiator support today and see how it goes

If I remember correctly I had to cut roughly 1.5 inches in and about 6 inches across on both ends with a cut off wheel, and tried to taper it to make it look factory then just took some trim black spray paint to cover up the bare aluminum.

How can I line up my headlights to the hd grill because mine are pushed in on the side

I haven't been able to line them up either if you adjust them outward the light beams go too much to the sides of the streets and not the road I tried it.

Is the bumper hitting the radiator core support? I had to cut mine to make it fit.

Mine was fine didn't cut the support

Yea I eventually want to color match everything that is my goal before the end of this year and thanks

Nice truck my man real pretty I'm trying to do the same thing to my 01 tahoe I just got my roll pan and I'm waiting for my ss bumper to come now the silverado grille you have on your truck what year is it so I don't make the mistake and buy the wrong grill
