HD front end question

I want to do the HD conversion later on and I just want to know what all I need to get for the conversion? I know that I will need the hood, fenders and grille but as far as the mounting stuff.

are you talking about the 01-02 HD front end like the one i have? if yess then you wont need new fenders the ones you have will work..if you want the whole conversion you will need the hood the grille and the upper bumper pad..now its all bolt on exept you will need to cut the bumper mounts and weld them about 1.5" lower here are some pics i took from when i did it

Ther is no other option.

Plenty of guys with just the hood only. But the grill requires the bumper pad wich requires the bumper mod.

i would not do the grille without the bumper pad..it looks tacky when you have to cut the stock bumper cap so the grille can sit right
