Hd hood on 06 nali

ive seen a lot of these posts but am still unclear. i have an 06 yukon denali and had a tree branch fall on the hood/fender. i really wanna do the HD hood swap but not sure what yr/model hood i need and if it is a direct fit??? any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Not a direct swap on our trucks. it needs to be trimmed for headlights, welded than painted to work for us. I just sold one to a member last night and bolted up to his Tahoe with no problems. So 00-06 Tahoe direct fit, 01-06 Yukon/Denali needs modification. If you still want to do it you will need a hood from an 00-02 2500HD or 3500HD
