Thanks everyone for the feedback on my previous thread by the way. I have some serious questions and worries about cutting on the hood. DOes anyone who has done this mod remember what and how they did it? Time it took not including paint? Ant help would be great

I think most people who do it just take it to a body shop and have it professionally done. The mod itself seems to be a pretty difficult one unless you're a professional body man. Have you had the work bid by anyone yet?

Are you talking about NBS or NNBS? I recall for NBS it is a straight replacement. For NNBS it would take some work...

I would love to have an HD on mine. Any pics from those that have done that on an NNBS?

I believe he is referring to the Yukon that is in his sig (i've moved this thread to the appropriate section now) which requires cutting to make fit around the headlight area.

I'm pretty sure since he has a NBS Yukon and it is posted in the 2000-2006 section that he is referring to a NBS application.........

As stated many times throughout multiple other threads-take it to a body shop and let someone who does it for a living give you a quote on labor and paint. The hood will need to be cut and the edges rolled to have a smooth finish-you may even have to add some metal or bondo to accomplish that. Also the hood mounting points may need to be notched to slide the hood forward enough so there isn't a noticeable gap to the grille. This is one the mods that looks really good on a Yukon but takes time, money and skill to pull off a good look.
