head light aming 2013 denali ????

have any of you guys adjusted your lights i see the star post on the lights and if you look close there's arrows indicating you can go either way
1 no problems with the denali (no accidents) i just dont like that i out run the lights with normal driving im looking at new bulbs or a hole hid just not there yet h13 bulbs will be here soon. i want to adjust them up some to make it so i dont out run them so fast
i just want to know if the star post is the left and right adjustment or up and down the the manual says take them to the dealer ill just do it on my own but i figured id ask before i tinker some

It only adjusts up and down. There is no left or right adjustment.

swapped the light bulbs out and the engineer who cam up with that was a retard and a desk jockey not a mechanic for sure it was eazy but geez wheel wells , grill just to get to the bulbs sorry just ranting a little bit well bulbs are better (Sylvania H13/9008 SU SilverStar Ultra Halogen) but i still have to raise them up a little this is what i was talking about in my original post about raising them up ill be messing with them tomorrow but not sure why it says L & R i know what you guys said about only up and down more on the on the dumb engineer why not just U & D here's a few picts
