New to the forum, and just got a '97 2 Dr Tahoe about a month ago. I'm looking for the smoked (or black) head light covers. Does anyone know if they make them as one piece that covers the head lights and the corners, or do I have to buy two separate covers, and if so who makes them and where can I get them?

Yes they do. At least the ones I had back in the late 90's did on my 94 ext cab I had.
