I upgraded the entire head unit in my 2006 but that's because it was outdated anyways. But the Bluetooth setup for the clarion unit I went with is fantastic. It autoconnects every time I get in and start up. Streams music flawlessly and puts on the screen what's playing from my device. The sound quality is excellent and it doesn't cut out ever. And then when I get a phone call it automatically pauses music and switches to the Bluetooth phone screen and I can answer the call. The only thing that I would say is a negative about the phone part is that when I'm on the phone it only puts the phone to the forward tweeter speaker and it only does left or right but not both at the same time. So I have to turn it way up to hear the person talking. But it is still clear and my Mic picks up my voice with no problem so it works. I went with the clarion nx405 unit which has nav, satellite radio input, bluetooth, backup cam, and then the regular radio funtion, and I believe it has the iPod cable hookup as well. It's a good unit and i got for a good price on ebay.
