I know of the adjustment screw on the top, but when I took out the headlights to replace the bulb I noticed that where the screw goes into that the tabs are almost all broke off. Because of that, it won't spin and I can't adjust the headlight on the passenger side. Is there a different way or something I can do to get them to be able to adjust down?

Post a picture of what you mean.

You may have to superglue a small piece of plastic to be able to turn it

Here are a couple of pictures I got off the internet. The little tabs on the circle are pretty much all gone, so it wont turn to adjust the beam up and down.

This one just shows the back of the headlight

This one is where the screw meets the circle thing

This one you can see the little tabs that I am talking about that are missing.
