Headlight problem

My headlights are working, but when they are running the dim a little when I am driving. Its like they pulsate and so dose my dash light as well. I have a new battery and was wondering if maybe I should do the big 3 to see if that fixes it. I wasn't planing on doing that now but if that will do it then I'll go ahead and do it. if thats not it, has any one seen this before?

Could be a loose ground somewhere or possibly some sort of loose connection. Sorry I can't be a lot of help.

pulsating sound like a broken diode in the alternator. Does it spped up as your engine speed increases?

Not realy. Its kind of comes and goes.

Stick a multimeter set for AC. And see what kind of voltage readings you get as well as DC.
