Headlight question

So, I looked around and didn't really see anything that stuck out as far as a thread, so without replacing the whole headlight is there much you can do about them "fogging" up. (sorry, can't remember what you call it, oxidizing maybe?) I know they are a pain/impossible to open from what I've read, I just don't want to replace them as they are not that bad yet. I've tried cleaning the hell out of them with all sorts of safe chemicals that wont eat at the plastic. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the seal is broke. Not good

If I remember correctly you can get an aftermarket oem clone replacement for around $130.

Opening the permaseal on Tahoe headlamps is next to impossible without braking them ... then by the time you figure out how to repair them (if you can), buying butyl to reseal them, and all that, you're probably better off just replacing it when it starts bothering you too much.

You're welcome ... and I just checked and it's even cheaper than that to replace just one.

If the other side isn't yellow or oxidized you can replace just one of them and it should be fine.

Thanks gents. I think I will wait a little while longer as they are really not that bad, just annoying. Thats alot cheaper than I thought they would be though. Expected them to be like the price of taillights or something of the sort.
