Hey all,
I'm trying to figure out some things with the wires going to my high and low beams, but can't find a good wiring diagram to confirm what I want to know. My vehicle is a 2003 GMC Yukon SLT.
The high beam connection has two wires: a black (or dark-colored) wire and a green/white striped wire.
The low beam connection has two wires: a black (or dark-colored) wire and yellow wire.
I am assuming the black (or dark-colored) wires are GROUND and the colored wires are POWER, but I'd rather have someone that knows confirm that assumption.
I'm looking into this to modify a wiring configuration with a diode to allow the lows and highs to be on at the same time without the need to jam diodes into the relay/fuse box. Thanks in advance for the help!
