Heated seat problem...help!

My 2004 Tahoe z71s heated seats do not work. When you press the button the light flashes and goes off. Could anyone please share their knowledge with a newly Tahoe owner?

Mine randomly does it as well when it's cold out. After it warms up its ok. Thinking it could be a relay
