The backrest on my heated seats both work great, driver and passenger side. Both bottom cushions on both sides do not appear to get warm.

Is there a separate fuse? I would think it not to be very likely for both bottom seat cushions to be failing due to a non working heat pad?

Thanks in advance.

Are you hitting the button for the backrest so all 4 lights are on or are you hitting the bottom button where only 3 lights come on?
I was doing this when I got my truck a month ago.... I looked in the manual and found that pushing the backrest button only operates the backrest and the other lights come on to tell you what level it's at.

Thanks for the awesome advice.

I was hitting the button for the backrest ONLY, was not aware that the other lights only indicated the heat level for the backrest at that point. Pretty stupid design if you ask me.

Hitting the bottom button worked and the seat now also does get warm on the bottom.

Many thanks again.

Glad I could be of help. I was doing the same thing and it threw me. I grabbed the manual while waiting in a drive-through last week and found it
