I've been having a problem with the temperature control sticking. Sometimes the driverside will be blowing cold air with the heat turned on and then the passenger side will blow heat with the AC turned on. The rear air doesn't get hot at all. Is there a door or something that could be sticking? Usually if I turn off the engine and restart it, everything starts working until I adjust the temperature again. Its an 2004 Tahoe. I appreciate any help I can get!

Sounds like one of the blend door actuators needs replacing. Located under the dash, just right of center, I believe. For the rear, it could be another actuator under the rear passenger side wheel well cover or the cooling system(rear heater core) needing a flush. When an actuator is working properly, you can hear the door moving when you switch from hot to cold and vice versa.

When I bought my tahoe, the front heat wouldn't get very hot. I could hear my actuator working, so I reverse flushed the cooling system at the heater core, filled it back up with coolant and had nice hot heat.
