Let's say you have a bunch of large cases, hardware, tools and equipment you want to haul in the back of your Tahoe. But you want to protect not just the floors, but also the side walls, seats and back doors. Is there some sort of heavy duty liner or cage or something that takes up the whole rear of the Tahoe? This is with third row removed and back row seats flipped forward to maximize cargo space. If there is nothing aftermarket, has anybody built anything custom like this? Basically a super heavy duty cargo bedliner/protector to turn the whole back and passenger area of the truck into like a pickup bed. Something non-permanent and easily removable.

PS - I'm aware of the Weathertech cargo liners. But I'm thinking of something much more robust that covers a much greater cargo area.

I dig the Line-X. I actually did the same on my 96 Bronco. Even lined the rear side panels. It's tough as nails. But for my Z71 Tahoe I wanna try something different. I sometimes haul film/sound production equipment. Big metal light stands. Anvil equipment cases. Carts and hand trucks, etc. Don't wanna trash all the side paneling in the back of the Tahoe. Or the rear doors and seat backs for that matter. Here's a few pics, kind of in the direction of what I'm picturing. Also would need to work for a 2013 Tahoe with the second row seats FOLDED FORWARD. The first pic of the cargo liner is the closest thing I could find but was hoping for something much thicker, rigid and robust. Any more ideas?

I like that Canvasback cover. I'll check with them if they do any custom work. But definitely looking for full side protection. Also the way my Tahoe is set up (2013), when I fold the 2nd row seats forward that leaves a deep gap in the floor (about 48"x15") that needs to be filled in to have a fully flat cargo space. I've been brainstorming and looking at the options and I think I'm gonna build something from scratch. Should be pretty sweet if it comes out like I'm thinking. Will post some pics when I'm done.
