Greetings. Glad I found this site.
I purchased a 99 GMC Denali a couple of months ago.
Currently has 87,000 miles and still looks new.
Experiencing my first problem with the AC of all times
and this site seems to be right place to get to know
my GMC. Larry

Welcome to the forums! What seems to be the problem with your A/C?

Thanks for the welcome folks.
The problem I am having is it is blowing warm air instead of cold air.
First off I have not put a gage on it. While searching for a leak
with a UV detector I noticed a line that goes from the condensor
under the airbox and into the firewall was sweating. It was cold
as crap. Do I have a vent or trap door not opening to allow the cold
air into the vehicle? I'm trying to find some exploded views of the
heating and air system to get a feel for what I'm dealing with.
Any help guys is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the neighborhood!

Is it blowing warm air on both sides of the dash or just the driver side? If just on the driver side then you have a blend door under the driver side front of the center console that is not working properly, it could be the actuator itself that is getting old OR the hing on the "door" itself could be broken, the only way to tell which issue is to remove and inspect it. But it is a tight fit, the best way to get to it is to remove the center console completely, but I have replaced both the door and the actuator there without completely removing the console, so it IS possible.
