Hey Everyone, I have been lurking here for sometime, I have been shopping for the last couple weeks for a full size gm truck, pickup or suv didnt matter. last night I went and put a deposit on a 97 Tahoe lt. 4 door 4x4 kind of a metallic version of that gm green that the put on alot of their pickups. 280000km on the odometer. Interior is MINT and I am the third owner. The original owner was an older lady who sold it to her nephew he had it a year, and now i bought it. He has all the maintenance logs from day one and it was meticulously cared for. freshly painted last summer, It just had a complete tune-up new plugs wires rotors fresh oil change, brakes just done. A little surface rust starting to come through on the fenders but MUCH better than some of the other trucks I went to look at. He is putting a new set of tires on in the morning as part of the deal. Picked it up for what I think is a sweet deal at $2200 Canadian. All it needs is an idler arm and a ball joint.
