Hello to all..ima newbie here and i was wondering how to paint the front and back bowties on my 09 tahoe to give it that custom look and wondering if any one had any insight or advice as how to get them off to paint them mainly the back bowtie?

sand, clean, primer, sand, color, clear. There are a decent amount of how to paint threads on here too with a lot of info if you do some searching.
