I have a 1998 rebuilt 4l60e transmission and would like to install it into a friend's 2001 yukon.
I believe the bell housing and torque converter are different between these years however will i be able to swap this transmission into the 2001 Yukon, assuming i re-use his bell housing and torque converter?
Are the input shafts the same length and configuration (i.e. converter o-ring at the end of the shaft instead of further down toward the pump like the 2WD passenger car versions)?
