help billet grille.

So i bought this grille inserts from this company when i was in la and i dont know if they will work on my 03 tahoe becaue the things that stick up on the top of the inserts will these work for my tahoe and if so how do you install them it didnt come with instructions ?http://www.spyderauto.com/19992004-...e-front-billet-grille-p-1802.html?cPath=60_63

i bought a similar one for my 01 Denali and ended up throwing it in the dumpster. these are chinese made universal grills. they require modification of your current grille frame. thats why i decided to just pain my chrome stock one black instead and got a GMC chrome emblem. it looks nice

I made mine work, you just need to cut out (I used a drummel) the black grill insert that is in there and then it will all line up and you screw it in.

ahhh eff you have to jack up your stock grille i like mine because i painted it to color match... so there is no way to just lay it over the top ? do they sell grille inserts that dont require modifying stock grill ?

i ordered one from ebay for like $40 w/ free shipping ,its a billet grille overlay took less than 10 minutes to install and looks great.One of the cheapest mods i've done
