yes the trans vent hose. I bet your truck has had the trans changed and they forgot to install it.

Ur right bro It wasnt changed but was rebuilt I just need to know how it all goes together as u seen in the pics one open hose and one plugged with the Bal valve

Jerryjoe yea I seen how it's already mounted on top of the crossmember but still need to look for that stud on the transfer case
