Help me understand the PROS/CONS of lifting kits

So much good knowledge on this page. I want to make sure I truly understand the true differences, aside from just parts, to these kits. I have 2009 Chevy Tahoe LT 2wd Flex Fuel. I want a lift, mainly to get rid of the "soccer mom" truck look. I also have a height clearance issue with my jobs parking garage. I figure these 2 kits with 33's will give me the look and keep my height still doable.

1. Kit (spacer kit)

As you can see there is a big difference between cost (which isn't my main concern) with only a 1inch size difference. I jus want to get something that will look good and last. So help me understand things to consider for each of these kits. Thanks so much in advance!

The 5" is a much better kit. The other is just a stretched level kit. Go big!
