I have a 2013 Tahoe LTZ Purchased in 2012 with 16000 miles with Bose nav my wife and i went to dinner nav/radio was working fine. we come out i start the cars and the buttons on the nav screen won’t work. the hard buttons on the right and left of the screen work fine and so do the volume and tune knobs. steering wheel controls are working to. only the #1 and #2 lower right presets on the screen work if you press a lot. all other on screen buttons nothing happens when you touch them. anybody know what wrong.
