Help, new hu install causes gauge problem!!!

I just had a new Pioneer AVH-X3600BHS installed today & just as I was pulling out, I noticed the fuel gauge and battery gauge were reading incorrectly. I looks like the cluster seems to think that the background has tilted about 90 degrees clockwise. They still seem to work but not pointing in the right direction. Has anyone had this problem? Its only the fuel and the battery gauge too which is confusing. 2003 Tahoe Z71.

I've installed radios in hundreds of 03-06 silverados and tahoes and have never seen any problem even remotely like this.

Sounds like a cluster issue and a coincidence.

Update---The problem has fixed it self over the last couple of days. It was just odd that it occured with only the fuel & volt gauges.
