SO WHAT HAD HAPPENED WUZ..before I got a schematic of positive a negative sides. Then while installing blue leds in my cluster, this had happened. I got sloppy and the board got hot and now I don’t see anywhere still that I can solder my new leds to. Anybody have any help or tricks I could use to address this issue before spending money on a new cluster or waste parts. For one because the LEDs I was sent with my first order were complete garbage probably half of them the legs were broke in the factory packaging! I have new white leds to install with my new Dorman overlay I got for under 30 bucks. Next will be needles without a doubt!7BBC0E60-B4A8-400B-AA3A-19F87D5BBBE0.jpeg

I haven't done circuit board soldering since shop class in high school, but I think you would need to clean up those locations.

Clean flux off. Heating excess solder and using solder removal wicking or one of those squeeze-bulb solder vacuums to pull the excess melted solder off of the holes where you need to mount your LED leads.

Here is a how-to on Youtube.
