Help with 07 tahoe foglights

I have an 07 tahoe ls. The truck did not come with foglights. No housing, no wires, no switch, nothing. I want to install some. I found a set (housing and bulbs) online for a good price but i need to know what i have to do to hook them up. Mounting them is not a problem but i am wondering what kind of project i am looking at as far as the wiring goes. Does anyone have any install pics or diagram that i can use? Can someone help me out? I really dont want to run them to my fusebox. I just wanted to run a new curcuit with a switch and inline fuse or something like that. Do i need any relays or anything like that? Should i power them straight from the battery or is there a better 12v source to tap into? If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please help.
