help with rear speakers

hey guys im trying to find a speaker that is compatible with the rear roof speakers in the 2 door tahoes but am having trouble determining the size of the speakers and crutchfield doesnt have anything. anyone had this problem? if so what did you do. thanks

4x10" and they have some Kenwoods that fit. Can also be cut open a little to fit 6x9"

I bought a set of 4x10s from Crutchfield last year and was a perfect replacement. Not too shabby on the sound.

Whew, glad I read this thread. Getting ready to put all new speakers in my two door. My Pioneer stereo head should be here tomorrow. Can't wait!

4x10's, almost any brand will fit in the factory brackets.
6x9's, you'll either have to cut the factory bracket, or buy new ones. Either way, you'll have to use 6x9's without a huge magnet. My Crystal 6x9's have a huge magnet, they wouldn't fit behind the stock grilles, so I cut through the grilles and mounted them over them, with the grilles that came with the 6x9's showing.
