help with tire size for 07 tahoe 22s vs 24s

what size tire should i use on a 07 tahoe i would like to go with 24s if it would work ill be towing a boat that is 7,000 ibs what would be the best choice for this and if i need a lifted and drop of leveling kit and which one thanks im looking at the brodie 671 black or the onyx 905 if anyone has some pics of some rims that would look sick on a blacked out tahoe post them
